Mandatory Pre-class Meeting on Monday February 09, 2026 from 6PM - 8PM
Class begins Tuesday, February 12, 2026
Students are required to provide their own uniform consisting of a white polo style shirt, navy blue or black pants, and black, closed-toe shoes or boots.
All students must be approved for clinical experience by the CCH Professional Development Department (Hollie Carter at hollie.carter@cchwyo.org or 307-688-6005).
Students must provide the following prior to participating in any clinical experience/rotations.
All students must self-pay for a criminal background check (estimated rate $55)
All students must self-pay for a 10-panel urine drug screen (estimated rate $40)
All students must provide a copy of immunization records including proof of:
2 Step TB test within the last 12 months or negative TB blood test (quantiferon) done within the last 12 months
Positive Hepatitis B Titer
Positive Varicella titer or record of student receiving 2 varicella vaccinations
Positive titers for measles, mumps, and rubella or record of 2 MMR vaccinations
TDAP Vaccination
Proof of Influenza vaccination or a signed declination form.
DETAILED INFORMATION AND DUE DATES FOR THE ABOVE LISTED REQUIREMENTS WILL BE SHARED AT THE MANDATORY PRE-CLASS MEETING.
